  1. Grate the jaggery and soak tamarind separately in water.

  2. Add ginger, sesame, green chillies,salt to the blender.

  3. Make it a coarse paste.
  4. Soak tamarind and jaggery (if not grated) together and extract pulp from it after 10 -15 minutes accordingly.

  5. Mix the paste and extracted pulp together, Allam nuvvula pacchadi is ready to be served. Spiciness and salt can always be altered accordingly.
