      Ingredients

      Instructions
      1. Take a heavy bottom pan ,add the bottlegourd pieces and little salt to it and cook in medium low flame.
      2. Grind the soaked rice and grated coconut together into fine paste and keep it aside.
      3. Once the pieces become tender add the grounded mixture of rice and coconut.Let it cook for 10 minutes in medium flame.
      Finishing the dish
      1. Add jaggery and continue cooking for 10 more minutes.
      2. Finally add ghee and elachi powder and switch off the flame.
      3. Now the kheer is ready to be served.
