      1. Take the French fries into a bowl, add two tablespoons of corn starch to it and mix well.
      2. Add ½ teaspoon of salt to this mixture and mix it well.
      3. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium- high heat. Place the potatoes in hot oil and see to that they do not touch each other. The fries must be placed into the skillet few at a time, or they will clump together.
      4. Fry until they turn golden brown and crispy.
      5. Cut the onion and capsicum into cubes.
      6. Take starch in a bowl and add 3 tablespoons of water and mix well till there are no clots in this mixture.
      7. Heat 2-3 tablespoons of oil in a skillet (you can use the same skillet by removing the excess oil which is used for deep fry). Add a teaspoon of ginger garlic paste to the heated oil.
      8. Add onions and capsicum to this and saute it till the onions turn golden brown in color.
      9. Add corn starch and water mixture to this.
      10. Add vinegar, red chilli sauce and tomato sauce to it and stir well.After sautéing the mixture well, add salt and red chilli powder (you can also add chilli sauce instead of red chilli powder).
      11. Add the fried French fries to this and mix it carefully so that the fries don’t break.
      12. Add a little food color mixed in water. (If you need more gravy add little more water).Let it cook for 2 minutes and its ready to be dished out.
      13. Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve it hot.
