Roast Idli is a simple evening snack which can be made from left over idlis. Usually while preparing idli as breakfast many people prefer making extra as they would be handy for evening snacks. My mom use to specially keep some aside for making these evening snacks and mango pickle is the combination for the roasted idlis.It can be eaten without any side dish too.
