One of the best authentic south Indian recipes. It is sour, spicy, colourful and nutty. Gives a refreshing tangy flavour to our taste buds. Very easy to make and tastes great. Great as a breakfast or lunch. A quick recipe to make when you don't have much veggies at home. Pickle, chutney or some spicy boondi goes well with it.
