Onion Pakoda

Onion Pakoda does not require much effort, the only thing we need to mind is its oil content as it is deep fried. But once in a while having mouthwatering pakoda is not harmful. We make many variations of pakoda but onion fritters takes the first place on the list as it is easy to make and tasty.

Memories

Whenever i use to come tired from long day in school, my mom never failed me to surprise with evening snacks. If monsoon arrives, the scenario is totally changed, most of the times we use to have pakodas of different varieties. These days people became conscious of oil foods and not enjoying the spice of life. When we eat any food heartily it would never harm us.

The best romantic combination of rainy season is chai and pakoda. Whether it drizzles or its a pouring rain, we used to ask our mom to make hot hot pakoda. Whenever it rains I just remember those days whenever it starts to rain. Now its my turn to cook all those for my son 🙂
