  1. In the pressure cooker, add oil. After the oil is heated, fry cashews and set them aside. Deep fry the onions and set them aside. Add curry leaves and all the spices, Saute it for a minute.
  2. Cut all the vegetables. Wash and soak the rice. Grind one onion and tomato to paste.
  3. Add green chillies and onion tomato paste to it. Saute it for 2 minutes.
  4. Add all the vegetables and saute them for 2 minutes.
  5. Add salt. Then add 4 cups of water to this mixture and let the water boil.
  6. Add garam masala powder and stir it well.
  7. Add rice to the boiling water and stir it well. Close the lid and let the cook on high flame, switch it off after three whistles.
  8. When the pressure goes down, open the lid and mix it one final time and serve it hot.
